Harley-Davidson or Cobra Electronics members who are enrolled in Patient Care can also provide this great service at no cost to your mother, father, mother-in-law and father-in-law …your extended family members.

Patient Care will assist extended family members who are covered under Medicare or under a commercial policy with their healthcare and insurance issues.

All extended family members will be enrolled for one year, or until the annual anniversary of either the Harley-Davidson Motor Company contract or the Cobra Electronics contract with Patient Care, whichever should occur first.
