Yes, the Advocate will get a copy of the bill or claim and investigate how it has been paid by your insurance company. If a mistake has been made the Advocate will work with your doctor, hospital and insurance company to get it corrected.
Will I always work with the same Advocate?
Yes, you can request to work with the same Advocate.
Will Patient Care help me with questions on my Health Savings Account (HSA)?
Yes, and Patient Care will also answer questions on your Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
